Family
Therapy

This is a form of therapy that incorporates the whole family system: mostly family members living within the same household, but also not limited to. Family therapy can also be used for estranged family members/ family members that no longer live within the same household  and would like to work on the conflicts between each other.

Family therapy sessions help with addressing concerns regarding communication, addressing behavioral issues, and/ or diffusing arguments/ disagreements. This also is a great form of therapy to help psycho-educate the family system on communication, roles within the family, and address any other concerns from family members.
