Individual
Psychotherapy
This is a form of therapy that is mainly used if you are need of speaking to a therapist one on one on a consecutive basis. This is ideal for individuals that wish to learn more about themselves, explore and understand patterns that are no longer working for them, as well as address core issues that are contributing to present everyday concerns between themselves and/ or others.
If an individual chooses to do individual therapy but would like to bring into their session a family member, friend, or someone that they are in conflict with for a session or two that is still allowed as long as it in spoken with their therapist prior to the collaborative session. If you wish to continue with more sessions as a couple or family, then individual therapy may not be suitable as this would then be a different form of therapy.
